Very good local made pizza
The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to have a warmer for orders waiting to be picked up. It's kind of a bummer to pay $20 for a pizza and have it sitting out getting cold when you get there.
Best pizza in Lake Ann. Great price and a great menu. Staff are always courteous and efficient. We purchase pizza from Papa J's almost once a week and every time it is delicious, hot, and made perfectly. My husband was bringing in pizza and a salad from Papa J's and he accidently dropped the entire salad. He drove back to Papa J's to get another salad and they replaced it for free. Excellent service, we are very loyal customers. Add gluten free options and we would give them 5 stars!
We love Papa J's pizza. We're lucky to have such great pizza here in Lake Ann. The Barbecue Chicken Pizza is amazing and so is the Hawaiian. It's hard not to get PJ's at least once a week. The employees working the register are always very nice as well.

Pizza is OK. Customer service is horrible. Kids working there are great and friendly -- they are not at fault. I'm talking about the management/owners. They are so inflexible. Take, for example, the Family Special they offer. You get two pizzas: one HAS to be a deluxe, and the other can have up to two toppings. We wanted just a cheese pizza for the kids and asked if we could take one of the items from the kids two-topping pizza and have it put on the deluxe pizza. "No" was the answer. Same size pizza, costs them NOTHING extra to be accommodating, keep customer happy... and I've spoken directly with the manager to try and see if they'd budge, but she wouldn't. Plus, it's hardly a "deal" money-wise. The other thing that just absolutely grosses me out is the floor in the restaurant. They spent some money remodeling the front counter... but ignored how incredibly gross the floor is. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the place is. MY RECOMMENDATION: order from Stone Oven in Lake Ann, or Long Lake Grocery on the north end of Long Lake (both are very friendly and accommodating, and the latter really takes care of local elementary schools -- plus, they're far less expensive.)
